6. This Hyatt Regency is listed as a 4 star facility, more likely should be 3, at the very most The room is a generous size, but, there is no exhaust system in any of the bathrooms, and, the AC is just not adequate.

10. Desk staff was very helpful and friendly; room did not have adequate ventilation and had a musty smell which was covered by scented air fresheners that reminded one of a restroom.
