10. In this sense, location is good, but not excellent: Horton Plaza with shops is close by, with easy access to the San Diego Old Trolley Tours (that will take you to San Diego main attractions, including Balbo Park and the Zoo), a CVS pharmacy, stores like Macys and some places to eat.
