because everything else was just great.

As a note - I have stayed at 4*-5* properties in Las Vegas, NYC and Europe and none of the other hotels have ever just taken the postcards from me and said it was going to be taken
care
of completely without even charging me.

She may have been making me feel good but the point was that this hotel seems to

Upon check-in, our host quickly took
care
of our room and informed us that he had chosen to put us on the 6th floor facing the marina so we could get a bit of a view.
