1. An excellent breakfast and unlimited valet ins and outs made our trip that much better, and the hotel is a short walk from the convention center/gas lamp, and is very convenient to I-5 for side trips outside the city.

3. The official conference hotel was the Marriott Marquise, but I figured it was better for me to be 10 minute walk away from the crowd surrounding me during the conference.

4. The food in the dining room is always excellent and better than any place we tried in Gas Town I am always amazed more people don't eat there.

7. But I guess they are all over the city so you really cant avoid themIts a little sketchy walking back at night so some people may feel better staying closer to the gaslamp or a few blocks up or at in the sea village otr better yet just get a cab.
