1. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in an excellent location.

2. Another building and nothing else, but I heard from other guests they had an excellent view.

3. An excellent breakfast and unlimited valet ins and outs made our trip that much better, and the hotel is a short walk from the convention center/gas lamp, and is very convenient to I-5 for side trips outside the city.

5. In this sense, location is good, but not excellent: Horton Plaza with shops is close by, with easy access to the San Diego Old Trolley Tours (that will take you to San Diego main attractions, including Balbo Park and the Zoo), a CVS pharmacy, stores like Macys and some places to eat.

10. excellent location if you want to be downtown, right next to the Gaslamp area, within walking distance to the harbor, one block from the trolley that takes you everywhere, including to Quallcom Stadium, (connect through Old Town).
