4. as Betty Davis once said 'WHAT A DUMP' There was no one there of importance who could address this problem, so I called when we arrived home to LA, and left a message for the general Manager, but alas, like the crappy room they rent out as a suite, this numbnuts general Manager, and I use that term loosely, has yet to call me back(it's been over 7 days).

5. When we were there there was a wedding and all generations of a big family, who seemed to be having a great time and were made very welcome.
