7. The suite was very spacious - it had a lovely sitting area, a small kitchen, and a large bedroom with a walk-in closet (perfect for hanging the wedding dress) and a modest bathroom.

9. We stayed at the Menger for two reasons: 1) we had previously walked throught he lobby on a visit to San Antonio and loved the grand, spacious, opulent and historic common areas and 2) it's right across the street from the Alamo.
