1. The staff were friendly, very courteous, asking how we were, did we need anything? Although my husband and I had a late start that morning, we returned to find the room immaculently cleaned and tidied.

The gentleman running the front desk was very courteous and directed us to by far the best Mexican food restaurant I've ever eaten at (and I've traveled to Mexico a few times) and since we had spent the afternoon getting burned on the Guadalupe, he comped us bottles of water while we were checking in.
