4. Yes, the hotel is on a part of the Riverwalk, but for me walking it was not an option for health reasons.

6. Room: Mine was quite roomy in the bedroom section (single, queen-size bed), reasonably sized in the bathroom, cramped in the entry with modest closet space.

7. The hotel I do recommend that are spacious and reasonable is Best Western Alamo Suites; we stayed due to having to leave for our San Antonio trip a day early to avoid severe weather.
