1. You would think they would try and refund a portion of the big bucks we expended on this .

2. 20 dollars a night to park and if you park directly across the street they will tow you big time if you do not feed the box correctly at the exact right time.

3. The staff was amazingly friendly -- usually in big tourist towns I find the staff somewhat jaded, but the El Tropicano staff, no matter what their position, were ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

4. This is not a five star by any means, but it's priced right, clean and 'hip', and a great stop if you don't want to spend big bucks.

8. But the big thing is the service-everyone was so accomodating-bell men, desk personnel, wait staff in the restaurant-and when in the excruciating heat the ice machines ran out they brought us a whole bag of ice.
