1. What didn't care for: Toilet fixture pipes with paint on it, floor border had an old paint scrape that should have been redone.

4. Monica, Andrea , both Jessicas, Marisa, maribell, Gus, Victor, David, Ricardo,Desiree,Heather, and Stephanie have been so great that I have actually remembered their new because of the time the spend to make sure everything is perfect and taken care of during my stay.

Things I liked: Pleasant staff, the section of the Riverwalk the hotel was located on, taking the river taxi home in the evening, value for money with the great deal I gotThings I didn't care for: misleading signage in elevator, some staff confusionThing to check: the security latch (the only latch) on the balcony sliding doors was improperly installed and couldn't latch.
