4. the bed was great and we slept comfortably every night-very nice lobby area and stained glass doors on main entrance-our socks weren't filthy after walking around in the hotel room so you can be sure the floors were relatively clean-hotel staff made us a new key for our room without complaint or hesitation when we locked ourselves out, but only after verifying my identity.

6. my wife and i wanted to spend new years eve weekend in san antonio, after getting help from aarp and reading reviews of all the other hotels around the san antonio area, we decided on this hotel, the location was great because we wanted to be in walking distance from the riverwalk, we had a excellent view of the fireworks for new years celebration and took a trolly to every where we wanted to go.

7. The lighting could be a little better, there were 5 lamps, but with the 'new' light bulbs we had to keep them all on while we were in the room.

8. My husband and I live 6 months of the year in the San Antonio area and wanted to spend the night in the Riverwalk area and see the new lights there.
