1. I visited SA Nov 25-28, 2011 to attend the Holiday River & Lighting Ceremony, a fabulous event during which the Riverwalk is lit up for the Christmas season and decorated barges sail along the river with all manner of seasonal cheer & music.

6. The Sunset Suites is a fabulous place to stay if you want to be in walking distance to the Riverwalk but don't want to pay the high prices of motels that are right on the Riverwalk.
