1. But the new tram lines from city center to the airport goes right outside and that will improve location score, in 2013.

4. I can't comment on the construction noise, because I was in late and out early, I stayed in on of the fireplace rooms and it was very new, very clean, very pleasant.

5. Maintenance arrived to tell me there were rooms on the first floor that did not get hot water - then my goodness, why would you put people in these rooms? At my request they moved me to a new room, this room was on the second floor.

8. We spoke to the front desk about the problem requesting to move to a different room or get it fixed and within minutes the maintenance man was at our room with a new shower head without low flow.
