1. It would be my recommendation, for government personnel traveling, you look elsewhere for better rooms and a nice hot breakfast.

2. I also had breakfast there the next morning and it too was very good, even better they served it a t 6:00am on a Saturday which was excellent as it meant I could eat something before heading for the airport.
