4. Upon pick-up at the airport our shuttle driver (from the Radisson; David?) gave us helpful suggestions and offered to drive us into town later if he wasn't busy.

9. No help with luggage up the steps for elderly, and work being done by non-caring workers caused problems as well but other than these things, the quality was excellent for the $$ and restaurant was remarkably great.
