1. Extremely clean, huge LCD tv in the room, large king sleep number bed, awesome linens on the bed, granite counter tops in bathroom and on wet bar, humungous bath/shower with a very nice shower head, very friendly staff, and pretty lobby.

3. The worst thing about this hotel was the attitude of the front desk staff; I hardly think that yes is a suitable greeting for guests and no - one came to help two mature ladies with a huge pile of luggage so we ended up finding a trolley ourselves and pushing it up and down the ramps at the front.
