9. My husband and I mainly either read or played cribbage during that time, but we also met some other really nice people, although you weren't pressured by any means to have to socialize.

10. This hotel is pet friendly, and we were definitely missing our 3 dogs, so it was very nice to be able to love on some of the other guests' pets and get our fix.
