1. The location is very convenient -- walking distance to many restaurants (if you choose not to dine in the top of the line restaurant in the hotel) as well as to Temple Square and the new City Creek shopping mall.

4. The first morning I woke to the neighbors and their children and every morning after that with a new neighbor I heard their alarm of The Dropkick Murphys 'Shipping Up to Boston' - I myself am from Boston and even I loathed hearing this song as my wakeup call.

5. Room service - they have this great low-cal menu approved by some dietician in new York, but on two occasions (so far), the best sounding dish on the menu (a turkey burger thing) has been 'unavailable - we *just* ran out' .
