1. The shower doesn't have the best pressure on the 12 floor but the water gets and stays hot so it ends up feeling like a spa.

3. Room service - they have this great low-cal menu approved by some dietician in New York, but on two occasions (so far), the best sounding dish on the menu (a turkey burger thing) has been 'unavailable - we *just* ran out' .

4. As a 30-something professional that travels frequently and enjoys stylish hotels, I can say with certainty that Hotel Monaco is without question the best option when visiting Salt Lake City - a town not known for its edginess, to say the least.
