3. The shower doesn't have the best pressure on the 12 floor but the water gets and stays hot so it ends up feeling like a spa.

4. Was not super packed or hopping on any of the nights that we were there, but was really comfortable and enjoyable, and active enough so you didn't feel like you were in some lame-o loser lounge.
