10. The thing I like best and what prompted me to write this is actually the service I've received from the employees here since I walked in the door--why cant all Holiday Inns be like this??? Friendly, helpful and everyone's even smiling---this is so different from my hometown and another nameless hotel I stayed at in the Raleigh Crabtree area.
