9. The thing I like best and what prompted me to write this is actually the service I've received from the employees here since I walked in the door--why cant all Holiday Inns be like this??? Friendly, helpful and everyone's even smiling---this is so different from my hometown and another nameless hotel I stayed at in the Raleigh Crabtree area.

10. We strongly encourage your group to visit the Holiday Inn Brownstone and seriously consider this reasonably priced, highly comfortable hotel and make your event the best yet too.
