3. Here are some of my issues with the hotel:I was on the top floor, the supposed `executive level`--I did not have any hot water for my first night/day (taking a cold shower at 545 am when it`s chilly is NOT FUN), my balcony sliding-glass door would not fully open NOR close, and there is dirt embedded into all crevices of the room/doors.
