3. If you stay here definitely get the club lounge or just don't expect more than the satisfactory/adequate with a great location and you'll be happy.

I didn't have great expectations for the place but for one night with friends it was a clean comfortable stay with a helpful staff (provided us menu for late night delivery places) I would definitely come back again even with the rather steep price but understandable for the great location right near the raleigh convention center and near a lot of other great weekend downtown activities.
