1. I do have to thank Sheraton for making me appreciate La Quinta, Quality Inn, most Motel 6's, comfort Inn and all the others even more.

3. Parking, by the way is just $8 per night or so and in a parking garage across the street (only you can judge your comfort level with that), it was okay for us.

I didn't have great expectations for the place but for one night with friends it was a clean comfortable stay with a helpful staff (provided us menu for late night delivery places) I would definitely come back again even with the rather steep price but understandable for the great location right near the raleigh convention center and near a lot of other great weekend downtown activities.
