4. The hotel is just a tad dated and can use a few cosmetic upgrades (paint peeling from vacuum cleaner wear, desk was chipped, small little things that come with age), but the staff is very good, the rooms are clean and up to Sheraton standards.

7. The guest services operator did a good job making sure that whatever you had requested was taken are of in a timely manner and always called back to make sure the request was fulfilled.
