3. Parking: My only complaint (and reason for less than a five star rating ) is that the nightly parking fee (self-park, not valet) is $25.

10. Decent Hotels at a reasonable price can be hard to find in the downtown Portland area (A dumpy Holidays Inn can run 100 bucks a night).
