1. the pool is nice but the water is COLD-- warm it up so its more comfortable for swimming.

4. ' Really? That's all you did? So are you saying that the comfort of the dog is more important than your other paying guests? There were lots of dogs in this hotel, and (according to the front desk clerk) they're allowed on all floors, so I suppose it could be they couldn't figure out which room it was coming from.
