1. It has a great view of the river, windows that open, plenty of room, a nice bathroom, and super comfy beds.

8. A few more notes: pets are allowed at $10/night, parking is available and seems to be plentiful enough at about $15/night (but hotel very transit accessible from Union Station and PDX), the pool looks good but a little small for a very large hotel, and there are conference rooms aplenty.
