6. The folks who staff the breakfast area are cheerful, courteous, and appear as though they are genuinely pleased to make you happy.

7. Not sure why the management is not flexible on this - all other hotels we use Priceline for are happy to charge an extra $20 or so upon check-in to upgrade the room.
