1. Would like to see a printer in the lobby for boarding passes (have to go to the front desk although there are 2 compuiters for online check-in), lobby area was overflowing w people at 'Happy Hour' time with the free wine and beer.

7. We really liked the location (it's a 10 minute walk over the Morrison Bridge to Hair of the Dog Brewery, BTW) and have stayed prior at the Westin, Heathman and others.
