1. The hotel staff was exceptionally responsive before, during and after the conference in meeting the needs of our group.

7. A few other things I liked: the chocolate chip cookies at check-in; the fast response to my request for more towels; the friendly staff; the amazing corner view of the city from our room; breakfast buffet included in the price of the room.
