1. The time I entered the hotel the bell personnel greeted me and assisted me with my bags, Upon check in I was given a delicious cookie and greeted with a smile from the front desk.

The Good:-Prompt, delicious room service-Great location near numerous restaurants and theaters-Good Amenities/fixtures and furniture-Beautiful views-Nice television The Mediocre:-Wireless Internet (you may need to pay for it and the quality is so-so)-There always seems to be a line for check in/check out and there's no designated HHonors lineThe Bad:-Room size is is normal for NYC standards.
