1. attentive to their customers' needs, they are very responsive to any requests and have shown marked improvement since I relayed my concerns to their staff following a visit in early January.

7. what a pleasant surprise this chain hotel was-great location, lots of attention to detailsl-great puffy pillows and lots of them, nicely decorated rooms, great attention to quiet-and they give you a warm chocolate chip cookie when you check in (tell Aldine you dropped yours down the elevator shaft and she'll give you another) Full breakfast included NOT just buffet-great value for the $150 we paid for two.
