1. I was greeted very warmly, arrival gift was not an issue, and given a lovely suite (220) which had slightly worn carpet, but looked fresh and was very clean.

2. The bedding was crisp & clean, and they use the linen duvets, so you know they are fresh (I am not a fan of hotel bedspreads, so I was very happy).

7. A hotel person came to the room an stated that the sheets come out all rolled up and thats the way they are but you could see one side look like fresh and new an the other all wrinkle and some stains on the sheets.
