3. Room while maintained as best as possible has old decor, a 25 in tube TV which had a terrible picture and since my room was on the top floor there had been a roof leak and the repair job was obvious.

5. A few minor complaints: Car park seemed very dodgy, air con was too loud to sleep with, and the pool outside the balcony created a fair bit of noise in the morning with children swimming which isn't the best post-jetlag wake up call.
