4. The rooms are large and clean and the bed is outstanding, I ask my travel agent every year for this hotel the night before our flight.

8. To clarify, the hotel is clean, but the inside of the windows in the rooms often are full of hand prints, and there are occasionally crumbs, dust and stains on the ledge near the window.

9. I was greeted very warmly, arrival gift was not an issue, and given a lovely suite (220) which had slightly worn carpet, but looked fresh and was very clean.

10. The staff overall were friendly, but I did not receive my platinum food gift - I realize it was late at night - but why offer it then? The room was clean, but the bed not as comfortable as the usual Renaissance bed - even after I removed the magazine.
