1. Room service was very quick and the on-site restaurant had wonderful service and good food.

5. There was always fresh Starbucks coffee on hand, and the meeting spaces were generally good, although you could definitely hear speakers in other rooms.

6. But get to know Chris the concierge - he got us into the Chart House restaurant next door at Easter with a good table and special dessert when it was full.

7. Food is a little pricy and not that good so look elsewhere if you can; mornings you can grab a coffee and croissant (which is not actually not bad at all) at the cafe before heading out.

8. Overall I didn't have a good experience at this hotel, I know Hyatt's are nice hotels but honestly this one wasn't that good and I wouldn't recommed staying here.

9. The food itself was good but not great especially not for the price, my boyfriend ordered a steak that came with truffle fries that was $32 and it didn't even include a soup or salad.
