1. Now, I understand that at a 4* hotel I'm going to be nickeled and dimed to death (crazy parking fees, expensive oatmeal, and no free Internet to be found on the whole property), but what I didn't expect was lack luster accommodations and service.

6. You could find deals on many other 4-star properties for around the same price (albeit higher parking charges), but they will have better overall service and accommodations.

7. The lack of pet accommodations, a decent parking structure, service related to parking, breakfast, 4-star accommodations, and shuttle service to other areas of the city make it unreasonably priced.
