1. Staff were friendly in that 'we're trained to be friendly' sort of way -- not that I'm complaining, because it's better than the indifferent service you get in some other hotels around the world.

3. Case in point we went out to eat the next night in town and had a much much better meal, that included 2 appetizers, drinks, 2 entrees and dessert all for a little less that we paid at Kettings.
