2. I didn't like having to pay so much for wi-fi access, but Hyatt are probably not going to offer this for free anytime soon.

3. We also choose this hotel because they offered some package deals, we decided to go with the 'sugar' package which included free overnight parking for one car, 20% the bill at the Keatings Restaurant in the hotel plus $10 free reward play cards at the Sugar House Casino for each person staying.

5. Now, I understand that at a 4* hotel I'm going to be nickeled and dimed to death (crazy parking fees, expensive oatmeal, and no free Internet to be found on the whole property), but what I didn't expect was lack luster accommodations and service.

6. We were right next to the ice rink and took advantage of the 4 free tickets we got in the winter getaway package which also included free parking and two $10 tickets for D&B.

8. I have stayed at 16 hotels over the past 2 months, from Econolodges to 4 star hotels, and every one of them has provided free internet access in at least one area of the hotel.

9. This included a suggestion that $18 was so little, why didn't I want to pay it? She kept treating me like I was trying to get something for free, when in fact I was trying to suggest a way for this hotel to improve the customer experience.

10. It does not necessarily have to be throughout the hotel, but there should be somewhere that people can access the internet for free, whether in the lobby or a business center.
