6. Jonathan, who is the manager of reservations, did a superb job of arranging our rooms and suites so that we could be near those that we needed to be able to access quickly such as my eighty-nine year old mother.

7. The hotel quickly moved into action and not only did they find a superb hairdresser within two minutes of the hotel, but they also arranged for the same hairdresser to come to the hotel to do the hair of one of our guests from England.
