1. The location is more than central and convenient, the room generally nice, but the level of attentive service was perhaps the selling point.

9. Service by everyone (front desk, bell staff, concierge, parking valet, even the bartender) was friendly and efficient, but for us the real deal-clincher is its terrific convenient access to everything in downtown Philadelphia.

10. Last year we stayed at the Four Seasons, and although it was more convenient to the marathon itself, the Sofitel is far more convenient to everything else in town (restaurants, shopping, etc.
