1. The Sofitel is one of my favorite moderately high end hotel chains and this one is no exception.

4. We've stayed at Sofitel on several occasions throughout the years and each time the service by all staff was exceptional.

7. The only exception was the concierge who was working New Years Eve and was able to get us a Limo around 5pm for midnight.
