8. Many of the best restaurants are nearby, as is Rittenhouse Square,the Academy of Music and other music venues, and many of the higher end shops.

10. Di Bruno Brother's italian market, philly's oldest and best, is a 1 minute walk -around the corner- and for the ladies there is a Sephora and Kiehl's as well.
