1. We spent the start of every evening in the hotel bar for a bit of happy hour before heading out for a bite to eat the bar staff were brilliant and made you feel very welcome, saying that the food in the bar and restaurant was very very good and good value for money.

5. On arrival the receptionist was very rude as was pretty much all the staff during our stay, she didn't welcome us at all or ask how we were.

6. If you are looking for a clean , organised and welcoming stay with an excellent position to explore the Orlando area we would recommend this Hotel strongly -just make sure you leave a room free for us.

8. We have been fortunate enough to stay in some excellent 5 star Hotels in both Europe and the USA and have yet to come across another Hotel , bearing in mind this is a very large Hotel,with such a friendly and welcoming Staff .

I stayed here last Dec and I am booked again for this Dec 2011 I honestly could not fault anything about this hotel their facilities or their very very welcoming staff and a very big hello to raoul in the retaurant looking forward to seeing you again this year so very very clean good food great staff what more could i ask for hurry up Dec 29th.
