1. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the rooms was always very clean, the bed was comfortable, internet was reliable and although I stayed on the ground floor, I felt safe as the complex is well lit.

2. We did have one night of people congregating noisily outside the elevator outside our room at 2am in the morning but was quickly moved on by security when i phoned from our room Im sure if we had asked they would have found another room as the hotel staff was pleasant to talk to.
