7. We did have one night of people congregating noisily outside the elevator outside our room at 2am in the morning but was quickly moved on by security when i phoned from our room Im sure if we had asked they would have found another room as the hotel staff was pleasant to talk to.

8. If you want or expect 5 star then you need pay 5 star price but for the cost the hotel was perfectly adequate, the kids loved the pool with free towels and inflatable toys, there is security who drive around the wrong way round the one way system so look out for them.

9. security staff was very visible and an overzealous one tried to run us off from parking under the portico in front while we registered because it was a 'fire lane,' while no less than eight taxi limos were parked in the same area with no drivers in sight.

10. We felt very safe here even though the rooms open to the outside, security seemed good and any staff we dealt with were pleasant, check in was quick.
