4. My first impression of arriving at my room in this hotel was that it reminded me of a UK tenement block; very concrete and overlooking a car park and freeway.

5. I was very impressed with the service, the staff were friendly and I was able to check in very quickly.

6. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect accomodation wise and our family of 5 were all very impressed from the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and many delicious choices at your buffet.

7. I wasn't impressed that they added a service charge on when it's a buffet but you can ask to have it removed (which I did).
